  3. When the person becomes a new client I will send you a commission certificate worth 10% of the contract
  4. You have three options for how to use the certificate:
    1. Cash it in
    2. Apply it toward your own coaching or training needs
    3. Pass it along to a colleague or friend to help them with their needs
