  • Monthly video lessons with workbook (20-minutes)

  • Monthly recorded expert interviews (45 minutes)

  • Monthly group coaching calls (60-75 minutes)

  • Growth partnerships for support and accountability (groups of 2-3 people)

  • Quarterly review surveys

  • Quarterly review call with the senior leader(s)

For only $2,000/month (includes up to 20 participants), I’ll come alongside you to develop your people. If you have more than 20 people you’d like in the program, it’s simply an additional fee of $100/month per person.
